Refund policy

At Halo Nest, your satisfaction and your child’s safety are very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Safety Disclaimer

The Little Explorer Head Protector is designed to assist with minor impact protection and does not guarantee injury prevention. Improper use or lack of supervision does not qualify for a refund.
